Quick and Easy Stuffed Peppers

Quick and Easy Stuffed Peppers Base Serving on # of guests


1 or more Peppers Large Organic Peppers (Preferred Color)
1/4 pound Preferred Organic Meat (grass-fed beef, turkey, bison, lamb, etc.)
1/8 cup Organic White Rice (Cooked)
1 bunch Organic Green Onions
1-2 Tbsp Preferred Organic healthy fat (Bacon Fat, Avocado Oil, Grass Fed Butter)
to taste salt
to taste Organic Cayenne
to taste Organic Turmeric
to taste Organic Cumin
**** Base spices on type of meat


1 Large Frying Pan
1 Spatula/Wood Spoon or Utensil
1 Shallow Pan


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. In Large Frying Pan, coat with 1-2 Tbsp of preferred Organic Healthy Fat, add chopped Organic Green Onions, add raw Preferred Organic Meat and cook until brown
3. Slice top off of Large Organic Pepper cut off seeds and discard remaining top
4. Combine cooked meat from Step 2 with cooked rice and stuff into Large Organic Pepper and place in shallow pan
5. Place in oven preheated to 400 degrees and cook 30-35 minutes until pepper is at desired level of tenderness
6. Serve and Enjoy!
