Water Fast and Re-feed Overview and Impact Blogs
I completed a 12-day water fast on October 14th, 2017. Today is December 6th, 2017; I am ready to reflect on my experience. I will focus on: the time leading up to my fast; the fast itself; and the impact the water fast has had in the 53 days since completion. This blog is meant to share my story in detail. There is so much more to it than not eating!

Overcoming Perfectionism and Procrastination Blogs
This year, at Dirty Windshield Headquarters, the focus is on our development journeys. For January and ongoing, overcoming perfectionism and the procrastination it causes are our primary goals. Perfectionism is often considered a good trait, but this habit/skill has an evil side. What if I told you that your quest for perfection is holding you back more than pushing you forward?
Being “perfect” is an impossible feat and constant battle in itself. In the perfectionist’s mind, this “trait” appears desirable; however, it is categorically a psychological handicap that results in procrastination, low self-esteem, and delusions. To be perfect, we must be better than human which is unrealistic. In your life, you likely had a hobby, something you passionately pursued then stopped when you got busier as an adult; or a hobby you wanted to pursue, but didn’t out of fear of failure. Well, we are no different, and we want to share our journey with you.
